Our Happiness Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a refund within 30 days of delivery. You will receive the full purchase price, minus shipping fees. Shipping fees are not refundable, except in the case of an incorrect shipment.
To qualify for a refund, all returned items must be undamaged, unused, and in resalable condition. If the returned item(s) are altered or damaged in any way, it will no longer be eligible for a return. We reserve the right to deny or refuse a refund based on the returned condition.
Please note: Custom orders, digital items, and bulk orders are not eligible for returns.

We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns, so you may return your item(s) through any carrier of your choice. Although not required, we recommend using a trackable shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return. We will send you an email confirmation once your return is received and processed. We will issue a refund immediately after receiving your return, but it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to be available in your account.
