    We are pleased to announce we now offer a shop now pay later option via Afterpay. You’ll be able to pay within 4 installments, interest-free. Simply select this option during Step 3 Payments and Discounts during checkout.

  • Yes, all orders will receive a tracking number. You will receive an email confirmation once your package has been shipped. Please be sure to check your spam and/or junk mail folders.

  • With a Crystal Kim Designs account, you will be able to view your past and current orders as well as save your payment and shipping information. To create an account, click the Login link on the top right corner and then the Create Account link on the sign in window.

  • Since our items are made to order, please allow an additional 1-3 business days for processing time. We ship via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate fee of $9. The estimated delivery time is 1-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available. For more information, click here.
